The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of 3D modeling software. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and Lumion (other modeling/rendering software may be considered). Working knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, After Effects) is considered a plus. Ability to produce animations and still image layouts.  Must be confident communicating regularly with the members of the project team in order to assess needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.

• Communicate effectively with Project Team
• Prepare Architectural Documents

Position Qualifications

• 2 -3 years experience working with architectural design in a 3D environment.
• Performs assignments under direction with some responsibility for design.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Rendering software, Adobe software, Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
