As a testament to our design approach, our company has grown steadily and we have gained a reputation in the industry that has allowed us to expand our services throughout the country. We are currently licensed to practice architecture in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Our History
Stengel Hill Architecture (SHA) was founded in 1996 by Bradford (Brad) Stengel and Charles (Chip) Hill. SHA is a full service Architectural and Interior Design Firm with offices in Louisville and Lexington Kentucky. Their combined experience in the design of complex institutional, educational, and healthcare educational facilities totals more than 60 years. Nearly 28 years in, Brad and Chip continue to provide the leadership to grow their business through long-term dedication to clients and commitment to providing an exceptional work environment for our professional staff. Including our management team of nine Architect Partners and three Associate Partners, SHA provides our clients with the experienced resources of a ~80 member firm; including 24 registered Architects and 8 certified Interior Designers.
