Stengel Hill led the renovation of existing College of Nursing facilities at the University of Kentucky to create updated teaching, office, and collaboration spaces that support the University’s nationally recognized nursing program. The project modernized instructional environments, expanded faculty and advisor offices, and introduced flexible areas designed to foster student–faculty interaction. Upgrades to building systems included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, and security improvements, ensuring the facility meets current performance standards while accommodating future program needs.
This project highlights Stengel Hill’s ability to re-imagine existing academic environments with innovative, flexible, solutions that advance healthcare and transform the student experience.
