Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital for Acadia Healthcare and M Health Fairview consists of a new five-story (two stories partially below grade), ~105,500 sf, 144-bed (divided into 6 individual patient units) Facility located in the capitol district of St. Paul, Minnesota. In addition to the new hospital, there were extensive site improvements, including the revitalization of nearby green space, permeable paving to mitigate stormwater runoff, attractive onsite water gardens, and historical elements to commemorate the site’s rich history.
